New compact material lifts-SML series

Material lifts as a mechanical machine designed to move goods, equipment, or materials vertically within a building or warehouse or other construction sites makes lifting easily. so they are essential for improving efficiency, reducing manual labor, and ensuring the safe movement of materials.

To ensure material lifts can work in tight area, Reeslift manufactures smaller material lifts. Overall length, width and height is 0.77mX0.91mX1.72m.Max. load capacity from 272kg to 318kg.There are three models: SML3.3/SML4.4/SML5.5 with platform height of 3.3m/4.4m/5.5m. If you need to lift materials to 5.5m in a narrow and small spaces, they are the good lifters to finish working.

As for a device working at height, safety is the important things to be considered which we focus on. How to guarantee material lifts works at height safely? Sitting up is above all.

Firstly, when use it, pls select a firm, level area with free of obstructions, and check all components are in place and properly tightened.

Secondly, stabilizers to be released and lower the stabilizers until the casters are in full contact with the ground. Be sure the stabilizers are locked in the down position.

Thirdly, pls insert the retaining pins through the legs and pins, lowering the legs down to the ground. Then tighten the arm lock knob while supporting the leg assembly.

Also adjust the forks to the desired width and be sure the snap pin is properly inserted in each fork.

For the arms, pls push the barrel stacker against the barrel until the lifting arms completely surround the barrel. Lifting arms must be positioned between the ribs on the barrel.

Finally testing the winch and mast. Grasp the winch fastly or slowly to test if the winch operate smoothly, free of hesitation or binding. Raise the mast to the full height or low it to the desired position to see if they are followed in consecutive order by each mast section.

To avoid injure, operators must be trained or follow Reeslift recommendations and any applicable local, state, or national safety regulations when setting up material lifts. Safety should be a top priority to protect both operators and others in the vicinity of the lift.
