The AMWP1100 series has been designed with your needs in mind. These lifts are not only highly maneuverable and durable but also user-friendly and easy to service, all aimed at maximizing your productivity. Within the AMWP1100 series, you have two options:
AMWP6-1100: Ideal for indoor applications with a 6m platform height, featuring point-and-go steering with caster wheels, making it suitable for areas with sensitive flooring like airports, schools, and warehouses.
AMWP7.5-1100: This model, with a 7.5m platform height, is perfect for indoor use and equipped with steering non-marking tires.
Both of these models can be further enhanced with optional extension platforms, making them incredibly agile in tight spaces, and even elevator-friendly. They provide the capacity to carry the tools and equipment you need to work at heights.
The AMWP1100 series is powered by a DC electric drive system, utilizing 2 x 24-volt batteries, offering exceptional productivity with extended duty cycles. The battery placement in the machine's base ensures stability and efficiency. To enhance durability, an anodized aluminum mast is used, reducing debris buildup. The simplified cable assembly and larger sheave make these models rugged and ready for any task.
For added machine durability, optional rubber bumpers are available to protect the chassis and on-site structures. A multi-display indicator provides system fault code detection and diagnostic trouble code information, along with a battery discharge indicator featuring red, yellow, and green LEDs. Furthermore, the ground control module and onboard diagnostics have been improved to enable REES analyzer capability for quick troubleshooting.
We've also made sure that maintenance is efficient, with tool-less, lightweight hoods that are easy to access and share parts commonality with our vertical mast lifts, simplifying servicing. The inclusion of fork pockets, tie-downs, and lifting eyes makes loading and transporting these machines hassle-free.
Changing platforms is a breeze and can be done by just two people without the need for any tools. The extension platform, if chosen, features a redesigned roller system to prevent debris accumulation, ensuring optimal performance.
Accessing the platform is convenient and safe, thanks to intuitive platform controls with key indicators for tilt, battery discharge, overload, and more. Joystick controls are operator-friendly and consistent with other REES lifts. In fact, the control box for the AMWP1100 is interchangeable with other REES vertical mast lift models.
For maximum visibility on the job site, optional dual amber flashing beacons are strategically positioned. Just like all REES equipment, these lifts have been crafted to meet the highest quality standards.
