More Efficient AMWP7100

We are thrilled to launch 3 new forklift style vertical mast lifts. AMWP13-7100 has a working height of 12.65m with an outstanding outreach of 6.05m, AMWP10-7100 offers working height of 10m, and the width is 1m, AMWP9C-7100 is equipped with track, the working height is 9.2m.

Heavy-duty forklift style mast technology provides unrivaled operating characteristics that combine strength, lift capacities, smooth operation and lifting speed.Cylinders could be removed without disassembling the mast. It is very easy to inspect the wear of the chain and detect chain tension without removing any parts,which make it much faster and easier to maintain the machine.

Two proportional lever switches provide precise control of mast height and platform, both of which can be driven when the mast is raised to increase productivity and the drive speed can be reduced for enhanced control. 

Routine maintenance is minimal due to the electric motor protecting the hydraulic system and maintenance-free batteries, service parts are easily accessible, and importantly, annual chain inspections can be performed without removing the mast, and the display panel allows easy reading of fault codes for diagnostics and repairs.

The electric drive system operates virtually silently, making it suitable for use during off-hours and in noise-sensitive applications. The AMWP10-7100 and AMWP13-7100 direct electric drive systems feature brush-less AC drive motors for increased duty cycles. Direct electric drive requires less hydraulic oil inside the machine, greatly reducing the number of potential leak points. The proportional drive system provides industry-leading operational smoothness and maneuverability, truly helping you easily position the machine where you need it.

The AMWP9C-7100 is equipped with skid-steer tracks, providing off-road capabilities, greatly improving the ability to traverse holes, obstacles or rough terrain. Choosing them indicates efficiency, time saving, economy, and safety.
